CARS Land on the way!

Introducing Piston Peak National Park

The upcoming Cars-themed land, named Piston Peak National Park, draws inspiration from the Rocky Mountains and classic American frontier landscapes. Designed using the National Park Service’s “Parkitecture” style, the area will feature immersive elements such as a visitor lodge, Ranger HQ, trails, and off-road rally attractions.

Two new attractions are planned:

  • Cars Rally Race: A thrilling adventure through mountainous terrain, featuring geysers, waterfalls, and mud splashes.
  • Family-Friendly Race: A smaller-scale racing experience suitable for guests of all ages.

The design incorporates natural water features, including rivers and waterfalls, to maintain the area’s scenic beauty and provide continuity with the park’s existing landscapes.

Planning Your Visit

If you’re planning a trip to Magic Kingdom, be sure to experience the Rivers of America, Tom Sawyer Island, and the Liberty Square Riverboat before their final day of operation on July 6, 2025. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy these classic attractions one last time before the park embarks on this exciting new chapter.

Stay tuned for updates on the development of Piston Peak National Park and other upcoming attractions at Walt Disney World.
